This lecture is a long standing lecture series exploring the wild in our own backyard here in San Francisco. The lecturers are usually local scientists, authors and historians, bringing their love of what they find in the city (and occasionally things they find outside of it) to the rest of us.
I've always enjoyed it, and come away with food for thought, even on the occasions when the lecturer is perhaps not as polished as I might see elsewhere.
