Recycle those sales circulars, eat leftovers, watch some TIVO, prowl the web, paint a picture, write a letter, take a walk, go for a ride, take a hike, cook a meal, hang out with your friends, toss a football, pick up the guitar, watch a little TV, pick up your favorite book, read those magazines that have been accumulating by the bed, surf the web, go for a bike ride.
